Art Usage Policy

In all cases, it's best to ASK first, give CREDIT, and LINK back to me.

I generally do allow people to use my wolf artwork.  This does not apply to all my work.

I generally do not allow people to use anything found in The Tripartitus folder of my gallery for any reason.

I generally do not allow people to use any art featuring other people's characters for any reason.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Uploading artwork that is not yours to Photobucket (and other image-hosting/image-sharing sites) is ILLEGAL in accordance with international copyright law.  You CAN be sued, and agree to pay due fees for any artwork that you unrightfully upload

• Using my art as your computer/phone wallpaper.
• Using my art to print at home, for NONPROFIT ONLY.
• Saving my art to your hard drive for personal viewing.
• Sharing my art via email/messaging/etc.

• Uploading my artwork or direct edits of my artwork to Photobucket, or similar image-sharing websites.
• Selling copies/edits of my artwork anywhere, online or otherwise.
• Using my artwork or edits of my artwork on products you are selling.
• Using my artwork or edits of my artwork to promote the sales of a product you are selling.

• Do not CROP out my watermark or EDIT my art in any way without MY PERMISSION.
• Do not use ANYTHING from in my The Tripartitus gallery without MY PERMISSION.
• Do not use ANYTHING featuring other people's characters without THEIR PERMISSION.
