Treading the cold, biting earth below me...

Enveloped in the infinite white...

A mere whisper in the storm...

And yet...

You know me.

I am that legend that lives beyond this realm...

Beyond this ice, this snow...

Past these shadowed forests...

But now, to you...

I am myth no more.

Commission for ~ArgentFatalis of his smilodon, Argent. I have a particular penchant for his kind (which I fondly refer to as "Bities") so I really enjoyed painting this one :3

The background, as is likely suspected, is mostly a photomanipulation of stock photos of rocks I took near the beach in Oroville - from semi-arid scrub desert to snowy mountain cliffs, haha. The trees are from another one of my stock photos, found here if anyone is interested
