Wolf Mates II

A wolf kiss.

This was based completely on a sketch by Ulv, who drew it for me as a gift, depicting me and my love as wolves. Totally inspired by the cuteness, I did my own version, but I give credit for the idea to Ulv. I used a few photo references as well for guidance, particularly for the handsome male's markings on the left. Unfortunately, colouring black things well is hard, and I couldn't find any good references for black wolves that I liked, so the rendering isn't as good on my wolf, but that's okay, right? I still think they look sweet, and I particularly like how the male turned out.

Yes, I know it looks like Hige and Blue, but I assure you, I hadn't even heard of Wolf's Rain until about a hundred of you shrieked excitedly, "IT LOOKS LIKE HIGE AND BLUE!"
