Bestiary artwork for Endless Realms, a D&D-like "pen and paper" fantasy RPG I'm working for.

The nakaq, also known as a pishtaco (one who beheads, slits throats, or cuts into slices), is a boogeyman from South America, known as a pale strange man who assaults travellers on the road. Wielding knives as his weapon of choice, he will often torture or cannibalize the victim before carving up the rest of the body, as he enjoys tricking the unsuspecting into buying the fresh meat from him.

Someone else to add to my 'avoid at all costs' list.

Nasty character, that! Love the dark, mysterious stranger get-up. Characteristics make me think someone combined Jack the Ripper with Hannibal Lecter.

Seriously, it's a real life story about a huge incestuous family of cannibals who lived in Edinburgh, murdering, stealing from, and eating people :V It's crazy, but totally real :b
